The room was spacious and well-equipped for a family.
The food quality at the restaurant was disappointingly low, with several items being inedible.

The room was spacious and well-equipped.
I was extremely frustrated with the food quality at the restaurant. The options were limited, and even the expensive menu was a letdown. To make matters worse, we received a rotten potato in our dish! The staff seemed to blame each other instead of addressing the issue, which was infuriating.

The property is impeccably clean and family-friendly, with a lovely atmosphere for kids, featuring outdoor movie nights and gentle animals roaming the grounds. Food options were decent. breakfast stood out, while dinner was inconsistent. The friendly staff, particularly during our car trouble, made a lasting impression, but the limited dining options might deter some families. Also, although there are delightful activities like bonfires, some food quality could improve.

I stayed in a Triple Room, which was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy seating area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beautiful gardens provided a lovely backdrop for my morning coffee. The outdoor movie nights with bonfires and the friendly animals around added to the charm of my stay.
The dining options could be improved.

The hotel is beautifully set up with lovely gardens and a great pool. Staff are friendly and attentive, especially Johnathan, who made breakfast delightful. However, the lack of AC made evenings somewhat uncomfortable, and the WiFi could use improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay that’s family-friendly.
